Yoga for every age
Yoga is for everybody. No matter what your age or level of fitness is, I truly believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone. I am a fully qualified yoga teacher living and working in London, teaching yoga to all levels including beginners. I teach yoga to all ages, from tiny babies and toddlers to school aged children, tweens and teens as well as adult vinyasa. I am also a qualified baby massage instructor.
With two young children of my own, I have an affinity with working parents who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle whilst bringing more balance to their busy schedules. Having spent two decades working in highly pressurised London office environments, I am all too familiar with the corporate working world and I know just how important it is to get some movement into your working day to maintain balance.
Yoga has the ability to give us strength, flexibility, peace and balance in our busy days and helps us to connect to a higher level of awareness. The mind, body and breath connection that yoga makes space for, not only enables us to become more in tune with our body and our breath, it can also enable us to vibrate higher.
